A detailed description of employee expectations is thoroughly and regularly discussed during staff orientations, staff training and staff meetings.
- 1. Assist our Consumers with all aspects of their care plan to the best of their ability.
- 2. Communicate any and all concerns related to providing quality care to their immediate Supervisor.
- 3. Communicate any and all challenges they may face while assisting our Consumers, so that all issues may be addressed in a timely manner.
- 4. Attend staff training and meetings.
- 5. Be professional and uphold our "Code of Conduct" and follow our "Ethics Policy".
All Consumers are provided with a "Service Agreement" which clearly outlines all expectations of the Consumers we serve.
- 1. Allow the Direct Care Personnel entrance into the service location (your home) to assist you.
- 2. Work with our representative to form a team of professionals specific to your needs.
- 3. Allow alternate staff to assist you when your primary staff is not available.
- 4. Notify their designated THCS representative of any concerns they may have with the services provided so that we may address the concerns.
- 5. Notify their designated THCS representative of any changes that need to be made to their care plan.
- 6. To cooperate with the monitoring and evaluation policy of THCS by allowing their THCS designated representative access to the service location (their home), so we may ensure all services are being provided in compliance with the care plan.
